How ordering a made-to-order piece works — in plain English, because welded work deserves honest paperwork.
Every KAELITH piece is welded to order to your chosen dimensions, colour and finish. Nothing is pre-made or taken from stock — production starts only after your order is confirmed and your measurements are checked.
Prices shown on the site reflect your configuration — dimensions, metal, finish and fitting. The price in your confirmed quote is the price you pay; it does not change unless you change the specification.
Nothing is charged when you place an order. Payment is arranged after we confirm your measurements and final specification with you. We will tell you the payment methods and terms in your confirmation.
Before production we verify your dimensions, access and delivery details. If something does not add up, we contact you first — we would rather ask than weld the wrong piece.
Build times are shown on every piece and confirmed in your quote. They are estimates in working days; if anything changes, we tell you before your date moves.
Delivery is priced by postcode and shown before you commit. Where fitting is offered, our own team installs the piece. You are responsible for telling us about access limits — narrow gates, steps, parking restrictions.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we repair, remake or refund it.
