Your postcode shapes your quote — delivery price, fitting availability and timings all update automatically.
Delivery is calculated for your address — enter your postcode and the price appears in every quote, before you commit to anything.
Some pieces must be fitted by our team; on others it is optional. The fitting policy is shown on every piece and priced in your quote.
We confirm access, measurements, delivery and fitting for your postcode before your piece enters the workshop.
What your postcode can show
In our fully covered areas, delivery is scheduled after completion and our own team measures and fits your piece.
In delivery-only areas we bring your piece to you; fitting is confirmed individually after a site check.
If we cannot reach you yet, you can still configure and save your piece — we will let you know when coverage extends.
Burning responsibly
Parts of Milton Keynes sit inside Smoke Control Areas, where rules apply to what you can burn. Our fire pits, chimineas and smokers are fine with authorised smokeless fuels or well-seasoned wood in exempt appliances — check your address on gov.uk if you are unsure, or ask us and we will look it up for you.
